WHO AM I?

Hi There! Thanks for visiting my shop :) 
I'm a graphic designer living in the most beautiful part of South Africa, Paarl. I started my own business in 2011, specialising in branding and wedding stationery (www.susanbrand.co.za). 
I've been playing around with watercolour since the very tender age of 9 and rediscovered my love for it a few years ago. Having an online shop has been a very big dream of mine and I'm so incredibly happy it is now a reality.

REPAIR & REPLACE

Please do keep in mind that all my art prints are copies of actual hand painted watercolour paintings and small imperfections will occur (which I see as part of it's beauty). If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I will replace any art print within 2 months time after purchase due to a production fault.

POSTAGE

Even though I will try my absolute best your package arrives in the best condition possible, things can happen that is out of my control. Please do let me know if it arrives in a bad condition. 

SHIPPING

Orders ship every Tuesday morning, will take about 2-3 days for delivery.

PAYMENTS

My shop accepts credit card and instant EFT payments.
Please do remember to add your invoice number as reference when making the payment and send the proof of payment to hello@susanbrand.co.za.
